Etiquette for Online meetings

There will be a moderator for most discussions at our online meetings. As such we have a few protocols that help work through the madness.

- To be recognized by the moderator in the chat room enter “!” on a single line by itself
- If you agree with a discussion topic or want to vote in the affirmative on a topic enter “+” on a single line by itself
- If you disagree with a discussion topic or want to vote in the negative on a topic enter “-” on a single line by itself
- To signify that you are finished talking please end your statements with “done” on a single line by itself

Please try to refrain from making off topic comments and comments out of turn, keeping track of the meeting and actually turning this online discussion into readable minutes is a difficult and unfun task.
